• How is your presentation relevant to the theme of this year’s BBC conference: Innovation in the Fast Lane?

Our team is a « startup » entity within a large organization. We need to be agile, innovative and always be in the fast lane and ahead of the competition.

My presentation will illustrate challenges, impacts and lessons learned associated with practicing business analysis and providing added value on projects in the « Fast Lane ».

• What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?

• Innovation should be part of the strategy of the organization with a strong executive sponsorship.
• Innovate in focus areas and operationalize the strategy: e.g. BA and immediate manager for quick and focused results.
• Provide a framework that allows strategy implementation and unleashes creativity in these key areas.
