Artificial Intelligence is the technology that single-handedly will revolutionize the future of human life. Its impact is already profound and ubiquitous. Understand AI and its applications is critical for all technologists. AI will serve business analysts and product owners in the way they do their work. But they also need to know how to innovate using AI to build better, faster and more intelligent systems.

What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?
- Continuous education is key — Seek knowledge from wherever possible
- Read “Sun Tzu — The Art of War” and use it for good
- Know that consultation is the best remedy — seek help and advice broadly
